Through history, there has never been a time where individuals hold so much personal power. Only one decade has passed since the launch of the iPhone and now the world has been flooded with apps and solutions to all our problems; including problems we didn’t know we had. However, for many, the access to power is paralyzing and they struggle to create the change they want in their life. Lifestyle related illness, such as obesity, is on the rise; our financial situation is dire; and happiness levels, according to the World Happiness Index, continue to decline. Something is broken.

Tripowerment is built on the truth is that real power comes from within. The moment we accept this truth and stop looking outward for solutions to our problems and start looking inward – we can create the change we want.

The Tripowerment framework offers a blueprint to unlock the WHYPOWER (self-determination), WILLPOWER (self-regulation) and WAYPOWER (self-efficacy) of transformational action and set people up for success in a self-directed world.
