Renewal of Spirit: Jewish Life, Thought, and Therapy

Part of the School of Behavioral Health's Spiritual Integration Hour series, this presentation by Peter Epstein, MS, addresses the following: "What do one of the world's oldest religions and psychotherapy have in common? Change. In this lecture, Postmodern Theory and Torah Studies combine to illustrate the rich history of Judaism and psychotherapy, as well as invite you to look at how you can work with patients, both Jewish and otherwise, from a new Biblical lens."

The Spiritual Integration Hour's intended audience is the Loma Linda University community of behavioral health clinicians and scholars, and is broadly centered on the integration of faith/religion/spirituality and the social sciences. It is a mix of presentation and discussion, and is sponsored by the School of Behavioral Health.
