The nurse leadership residency program at Loma Linda University Health is a two-year program designed for clinical nurses to participate in a high-impact leadership developmental program preparing them for future nurse leadership positions. Applicants must be willing to enroll full-time in a Master's or Doctoral Nursing Program during the two-year residency. Be sure to review the website for all other application prerequisites.
