Presented by Dr. Rod Goodyear
Bernard and Goodyear's Learning Partnership Supervision Framework (LPSF) offers a structured, pantheoretical model of clinical supervision that emphasizes supervision as a teaching and learning process grounded in a strong supervisory relationship. This workshop will provide an overview of the LPSF, clarify the difference between techniques and interventions, and focus on three core relationship-centered, culturally responsive interventions: contracting, rupture-repair processes, and Multicultural Orientation.
