This one-day, multidisciplinary conference, held at the DoubleTree San Bernardino, is designed for those seeking an overview of neonatal and pediatric transports. The conference will address situational awareness as first responders on transport, recognizing signs and symptoms for NAT, surgical emergencies, difficulty airways, as well as, acute life-threatening conditions. Learners will have an opportunity to discuss the importance of debriefing, clear communication, self-care, and the future of transport. Optional sessions include hands-on simulation at Loma Linda University Medical Simulation Center.
